Dr. Morgan Spicer was born in Bellbrook, OH where she received her Bachelors of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Wright State University before attending Indiana University School of Dentistry to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery(DDS).
Upon graduation, she moved to South Carolina in 2020. She is new to the Columbia community and is excited to meet you! She is dedicated to helping patients make informed decisions in order to achieve their oral health goals. Dr. Spicer is an active member of the American Dental Association and South Carolina Dental Association.
Outside of Carolina Smiles, Dr. Spicer enjoys spending time with her family at Lake Greenwood, fishing and boating. She spends most of her time with her bloodhound puppy Pflueger, backpacking, running and doing anything outdoors.

Dr. Smith specializes in providing patients new hope for the most difficult of circumstances. He is known for his exceptional results in bone augmentation procedures and dental implant placement, including same day implants and full mouth implant reconstructions, as well as esthetic soft tissue grafting. Committed to staying at the forefront of dental technology, Dr. Smith has training in minimally invasive techniques, digital workflows, 3D-guided implant surgery, and dental implant robotics to ensure optimal patient comfort and predictable outcomes. He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) and the American Dental Association (ADA).
Rather than adopting a “one-size-fits-all” mentality, he practices collaborative dentistry, taking the time to educate patients about their oral health and designing custom treatment plans that align with their personal goals, comfort levels, and lifestyles. Whether you need a gentle routine treatment or a more comprehensive procedure, Dr. Smith’s goal is to make your journey as smooth, painless, and transparent as possible. His patients describe him as careful, thoughtful and meticulous while putting his patients first. He takes pride in demystifying complex procedures, breaking down the science into clear, accessible language so patients feel empowered to make informed decisions about their care.

Dr. Odeghe was born in West Africa and speaks both Ibo and Pidgin fluently. He knows exactly how much people love visiting the dentist, which is why he made it his life’s mission to make every visit a positive experience. Dr. Odeghe attended South Carolina State University in Orangeburg (Go Bulldogs!) before continuing his education at Howard University College of Dentistry. When he’s not saving the world from plaque, you can find him playing basketball, soccer, and swimming, or diligently flossing his own teeth to set a good example.
